ROAD TRIP IN CHINA

The biggest waterfall in China found in Huang Guo Shu is 81m tall. Come during the rainy season and the fall will appear more majestic!

Side view. We walked behind the fall too to experience the spray.
View from afar.
This gentleman is 76 years old. Seated next to him are three offspring from two generations! Healthy and smoking he too came to see the waterfall!
Waters that feed the fall. Imagine the water flows when it rains.
Raymond in the 'stone forest'. This stone forest can't compare to the one in Kunming.
One of a cluster of 18 waterfalls found in Huang Guo Shu. In Chinese, a waterfall is called "pu bu" meaning cloth.
Raymond and our guide for the day.
At a market in Zhenning where we stopped for breakfast.
Itinerant traders who belong to minority tribes. They all look hale and hearty!
Chickens fresh and alive before the slaughter.
Raymond and I at the first waterfall in Dou Feng Shan near Du Shan.
Where we had lunch near the Dou Feng Shan Waterfall. The house has rooms upstairs which serve as trekkers' accommodation.
A nice brook along the way to the waterfall.
