If you want to find things Indian in Singapore e.g. jewellery, sarees, food condiments and even health food, you will find this road (Buffalo Road) in Little India very useful.  Posted by Picasa

This is the building which housed a provisions shop on the ground floor and where my family and I lived in a rented room on the first floor when I was very young. The building has been extensively renovated and is today a 24-hour banana-leaf curry restaurant. It is located at the junctions of Serangoon and Belilios Roads. Posted by Picasa

Opposite the house that I lived in is this Hindu Temple. The land on which the temple now sits has been used for various purposes, one of which was that of a hotel. Posted by Picasa
