If like me, you like noodles, then this dish is highly recommended. It's Vietnamese Pho (pronounced generally like "fir") and is made up of a rich soup, kway teow and seafood. You add blanched bean sprouts, lemon and veggies, like mint, as additionals. A big bowl is 50,000 VND (Dong) or S$3 and a small bowl costs 32,000 VND.
A travelogue by Larry Quah who travels to open the "windows of his mind", takes nothing with him but fond memories and leaves nothing but his footprints.
