A bookseller who is a land mines victim. He pedals around with his hands. I bought a book by Dr Haing Ngor (Oscar winner of the movie "Killing Fields") from him. He works at night at a restaurant in Pub Street. He proudly tells people that he doesn't beg but will earn his living by working like selling books.
