Mandarin Hotel in Singapore was famous for its "Chatterbox" Hainanese chicken rice. This dish used to be served in the Mandarin Meritus, Haikou, but has been dropped from the menu. I opted for their bah kut teh but was disappointed as its soup was not piping hot. I gave feedback to the kitchen but whether they heeded it I don't know.
