GIGC is located in a hilly area with mountains and hills overlooking the course. Therefore, one has to be fairly fit to walk the 6,200 to 6,300 yards from the blue tee-boxes. GIGC is a walking course and as for the others we played, although carts are used, they are not allowed to roam the fairways.
