The Sabah Foundation, a non-profit organisation which provides assistance to the rural poor in Sabah, is housed in the 32-storey Menara Tun Mustapha. The Chief Minister and other ministers used to reside here too. The revolving restaurant, @mosphere, is located on the 18th floor.
