Baked mantis prawns. Would you believe that these prawns are caught and then bred in a plastic bottle until it's time for the wok? Anyway, I didn't find them that glamorous in taste.....

how are they bred in a bottle and why? sounds very interesting!
If they don't do that the prawns will run away. They therefore catch them, bottle them and feed them till it's time to do business.
I bet it tasted.... "plasticky" hahaha
No, it's not that; I expected it to be sweeter than say tiger prawns but it tasted more flat.
