While we were having our lunch, these restaurant workers were having theirs too.
i love how shopkeepers and waitstaff dress in japanese restaurants! they usually look so neat and clean, with their aprons and headscarves! nothing sloppy about them at all, and kind of reassuring in a way, about the quality and effort that goes into the food!
Ryozan, The Japanese always give that by the way they dress and the way they present their food. One is also re-assured in this by their overall cleanliness and being meticulous in the ways they do things.
