The views from the Mt Uzu Crater are breathtaking. This one eg would have been fantastic if not for the clouds which obscure the peak of the "Mt Fuji" of Hokkaido (right of mountain slope). On a bright winter day, when the peak is snow-capped, this mountain looks like a mini Fuji-san.
