The Ayala Centre of the Cebu Business Park. Land on which the park sits was used as a golf course - Club Filipino de Cebu. It was sold to the Ayala family who then turned it into a biz park. A win-win situation as revenue from the golf course was pittance and the sale increased the coffers of the provincial govt. The club was then re-located to Danao about 1 hr 15 min away from the city.
