Such is the beauty of Perth's latest golf course opened some 18 months ago. I guess why they call it the Cut is because they cut the course off cliff sides next to the ocean. As one plays, one gets to see the ocean with all its white horses, esp on a windy day. I wonder if Chih Yeong is trying to measure wind velocity?
