The Tongde Building of the Puppet Manzhou State Palace in Changchun built for Pu Yi, the Last Emperor, by the Japanese. However, Pu Yi dared not live in it for fear it might be bugged or even implanted with explosives. He used it for receiving dignitaries and entertainment purposes.
