A prancing lion standing guard outside the Dacheng Temple in Qiqihar, the second biggest in Heilongjiang province. Also called the Big Buddhist Temple, it was built in 1929 and covers an area of 320,000 sq m.
Ryozan, While there, I observed that the sky had a hue similar to that in Perth in Spring or Summer. There is a brilliant blue hue and there is no cloud cover. The danger, of course, is that the UV level is very high so we have really to cover ourselves up in such situations.
