Harbin steamboat. You take what you like and cook it in your own pot. All in, a nice meal and different from the one we are used to.
how unusual, that everyone has their own cooking hotpot, rather than a communal one! (at least this way no one can steal the food you put in to cook hehehe) ;p
Ryozan, You also don't need to "quarrel" with others whether the stuff you put in is cooked or not. You just do what you like and eat what you like, your way!
