The Church of Sophia in Harbin. Russian missionaries paid 60,000 roubles in 1906 to build it. Presently, it's being upgraded.The Chinese view the Russians in a positive light in that the early Russian missionaries brought the Russian Orthodox Christian religion to this part of China.
