Here at the night bazaar in Chiangrai, many people come out at night to dine in the open just like what we did in the 60/70's in Orchard Road. Apparently, Japanese beer has to compete with Thai Singha or Chang beer.
Ryozan, Singha beer is very good, it's well established and been around a long time. So is Chang (Elephant) beer. You should try it; it's available here.
what i think is cool are those t-shirts available in thailand with the beer logos! the Chang Beer logo is pretty neat, on a tee. will try those beers at the next opportunity, larikuatkuat! how did you like the erdinger?
Ryozan, If I had known that you liked the tee-shirts, I would have picked up a couple for u. I am not keen to shop that's why I bought nothing. Erdinger is a very good beer - like the Japanese say "ichiban".
