Chiangmai Lamphun Golf Club in Chiangmai, host of the Kosiado Ladies Open in 2003 and the 18th SEA Games Golf Championship in 1995. Average golfers, like me, will find this course diffficult because of its layout and tightness but it is a challenge for the better players. For our game there, we didn't even dare use the blue tees! We played another course, the Royal Chiangmai, but didn't take a photo of it. Royal Chiangmai is a "commando" course because of its fairways, which are not well maintained and are quite uneven. what are "blue tees"?

Ryozan,
Tee markers are used to indicate where one plays off each hole. Ladies play off red tees while men normally play off white or blue. To play off blue tees one normally has to have a handicap of 18 n below indicating that the level of efficiency is quite good. So those with a handicap of 19 and above normally play off white tees which are further in front of blue. Men, being macho as they are, will have to buy their playing partners a jug of beer if they fail to clear the red tees in the tee-off.
