Chicken rice balls served at Formosa, one of the better chicken rice restaurants. Why balls? Because the rice to be eaten with the chicken is squeezed into rice balls (top of pic). Didn't particularly like it bec it was hard - now machine-done. I threw one on the table and it bounced!
